QOne Electronic Queue implements role-based access policy - administrators and other organization employees (managers, branch managers, etc.) are added to the system as its users and endowed with rights that correspond to their functions.
The back office allows creating user groups with various parameters, including flexible password settings, inheritance, LDAP, and more.
A separate Access Rules tab determines the availability of sections and functionality of the system for a user group, including fine-tuning, such as the ability to redirect a client through a workstation, change queue type, change/cancel pre-booking, and more.
Employees are attached to user groups.
When creating an employee, their affiliation to a group is specified with inheritance of established access rights and permitted functionality, login parameters by password, if necessary, authorization confirmation via SMS, password change at login.
Additionally, there is a section of Action History, which contains data on the interaction of employees with the electronic queue system.
Our system provides a wide range of possibilities for access control regulation, allows the creation of the required role policy for customers of any scale.
