General overview
*Mobile QR-registrar can be used in some branches and save on equipment. To queue up, the client scans the QR code with his smartphone, with a link to the electronic queue web application, selects a service, enters a phone number, and waits for his turn.
Architectural scheme
1. The system includes the Head company, Territorial offices and their Divisions, with a link to locations and differentiated administration rights.
2. Each Division is linked to Boards and Kiosks located inside these offices and Employees who can register and authorize in the system.
3. Operator workplaces are customer service points. When an employee authorizes at the workplace, he chooses the functionality within the system that he is ready to perform (serving legal entities, individuals, general questions, etc.).
4. The electronic queue system, based on the interface of Registration Stands (kiosks), offers customers to receive a ticket for the desired direction (loans, deposits, other questions, etc.).
5. Depending on the work functionality of employees (types of requests that a particular employee is able/ready to process), the electronic queue system sends the request to a suitable operator’s workstation.
The workload of Workplaces is taken into account, the intersection of applications between tables is supported, which can equally process different types of applications.
When the coupon’s turn comes, the information on the Table is updated and the client is called to the desk associated with the system with an employee.
Application distribution algorithm
1. For each type of application (loans, deposits, other issues, etc.), the system takes into account the operator’s free, occupied and inactive Workplaces.
2. When it’s the next client’s turn, after eliminating occupied and inactive tables from all available employees, the one who processed the smallest number of applications for the specified period is selected.
